I am working in a ltd Company, I have 3 months notice period, but as every month I am getting salary at 18th or 20th of the following month and I found salary is a condition to my employer. I want to resign for this reason but without serving any notice period ...... can my employer file any case against me ..... why I should mention in my resignation letter to avoid in legal case.. please advise

Dear Sir,
Since you are a team member of your firm at present and serving since a definite period. It should be asked and reviewed by you at the time of joining that when you will get your salary.
.
After agreeing the terms and condition of employment you can not blame any other.
If you wish to change the job , give it in writing the reasons for leaving and serve your notice period and after that you should leave.
Thanks
RKD

You mean you know that the job is given in the understanding that you will get paid after 25th ?
If that is not the case then send your resignation stating that you are resigning since salaries are getting late. And in view of the same you are unwilling to serve notice period.
I don't think you can do anything more
