Hi everyone,i am working as HR in IT company. Recently our management made some changes in the salary structure of our employees,to which they are opposing and the situation is leading to employee grievance. Now they are asking me to talk with the management regarding this. Please help to handle this situation. What should be my role.

Yes its can create the employees fast separation..so be alert of that alarm.
First of all just communicate with management and know what's there objective behind this changes ??
Are they want to remove some manpower or something else ?? if nothing as like, just put down some positive points on that changes and motivate the employees like those way.
