Pagal as you have complited your MBA but in which faculty you have done is not mentioned but now you are doing LLB. first you join any small scale industry with study and achieve experience .You must know all statuary complaisance and what are the duties of HR person with all labour laws. you should stay updated with Amendments in law. HR field is like Sea and you want to be a part of it .
