hello,
Hr in simple words is said to be a "back bone of company" without which can cause problems in management.
If u r really interested in knowing this, just go through the concepts in detail and u will know the importance of it.

I am oblized! Yes dear DURGA. Shruti is right, without the HR no firm is about to stay in the market. Infact, Shruti is right, HR is the Back-bone of any firm.
