I joined IT company on Fixed Term Employment on Feb 2011 to Oct 2011. I resigned and sent mail to my immediate boss and serve notice period of 1 month.
and i again joined same company's vendor after 8 months gap and worked there till present and now my company wants to take me on there Roll as a permanent employee and i got offer letter and medical has been done by the company and after that when i went for joining they said you were absconding from our company. They did not give me appointment letter. i showed them relieving letter and finance letter in which clearly mention that i gave proper resignation.
Can any one help me in this. should i go to court to settle this.
