1. Sir, ESIC is a central organisation and it is ESIC itself which has taken decision regarding coverage of construction workers under ESI Act, 1948. I am not sure as to why you desire a copy of the order of the Karnataka Govt.
2. If you desire, you can seek copy of orders of ESIC from the appropriate regional/sub-regional office of ESIC in which jurisdiction your unit is located.
