Hi To All My Seniors,
Yesterday i Gave my Job Interview, and Interviewi Was Asked That What Are Your KPI' (Key Performance Indicator) and i got confuse, while i know that KPI in retail are working on four category ant that is ATP, ASP, Conversion and UPT but i got confused that what are should be the best answer for same means how can i describe and gave the appropriate ans to him. any one of my seniors can suggest that what should be the answer of this question.????

Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) are universal and these are common across the industry. Geographical location does not matter. However, when we attached SMART principle of KPIs, these become Key Result Areas (KRAs).
Therefore, the question that interviewer asked to you itself was wrong. He/she should have asked about your KRAs. To remove the misconception about these concepts, I have uploaded my video on Youtube. You may click the following link to refer it:
