Hi to all,
My friend did MBA (General) (HR Project) in a Govt. College. He has worked at 2 yrs as a Smart Class Coordinator in another district. She shifted now to Chennai. She joined as a Front Office Executive depend her situation. Now she working past 2 months but she wants to change her work environment. She don\'t like work as a front office executive. But her offer letter mentioned before leaving Notice Period is 6 months. What she do now??? Please advice.....

Firstly, look into the appointment letter and see for the confirmation policy. If you are not confirm then the notice period issue is out of the picture. Secondly your job profile is not that type which requires so much time for responsibility handover, so talk to your HR and convince him to relieve you in 10 days or what time you what to quit.
