Mr.Adhikari
Hi..

I received a copy of a letter written to my company at Bangalore

from Employees' Provident Fund Organisation, Bangalore.

The content of the letter is:

.................................................. ...........................................

Your claim under the EPS Scheme has been rejected/returned due to the following reason(s).

OTHERS - NCP DAYS NOT FURNISHED FOR SEPTEMBER 2014

Initiator's Remarks: NCP DAYS NOT FURNISHED FOR SEPTEMBER 2014.

Note:- In case the return / rejection is for any additional information/document, the claim may be resubmitted

after rectifying the descrepancies noted above.

.................................................. ...........................................

I had resigned on last of October 2014

I am native to UP and living at Lucknow

My question is:

1. Is it enough that my company re-furnish the NCP(Non Contributing Period) for that month correctly?

2. Or I should be present myself inperson there to resubmit?

(I have been so many times there during this period and it is very costly to travel and live at hotel there and like to avoid this if possible)

Seeking your kind suggestion please...

Mr. Adhikari,
Send you PF claim form again duly signed by you and don't fill any detail in that. Ask your HR to fill the form again and submit back to PF office. Some time Date of Relieving vary in your record and company record.
So, nothing serious it happen.
After Pf amt credited let me know.
