Hi All,
I got a job offer and was accepted.
I was serving 2 mth notice period in my current org. However due to some client escalation my boss and hr decided to fire me when 2 days were left of my service. The issue was not very serious anc was committed by my successor. But my boss who also is the hr head decided to terminate me and is giving me termination letter instead of relieving letter.
My concern is how will this impact my new employment.
I have ex colleagues in this new org who have worked with me in the same curreng org and are willing to give positive recommendation.

If you have completed almost your notice period then in my view you should not worry about any negative feedback. Share all with your new boss honestly and also refer your colleague's recommendations who know you in new organization. you need not only true but right in your word otherwise you can face problem.

The termination appears to be more motivated a gesture than with any real reason.
Any new employer who listens to your side fully will understand the real reason for termination.
The boss should have have been more understanding and work in the real spirit of being an HR person and not attempt to derail the further employment opportunities of an employee who is leaving.
Since the problem has landed up now face it by getting recommendations from your co workers now working with your new employer.
