Hi Keerthi
You can add all the contributions in Payslips such as Basic, DA, HRA, Conveyance Allowance, Medical Allowance, Food allowances etc as Credits & as part of debits such as PT, TDS etc. If you have enrolled with ESI & EPF even those can be added to the debits

Dear Keerthi,
There are two aspects of Pay Slip. One is due to statutory/legal compliance, the other is to maintain the salary slip contents in a Tax friendly manner. You have not stated minimum-maximum amount of salary.
If salary of most staff is under taxable limit. You can add Medical Allowance also. You can start some re-imbursement, LTA, Vehicle Fuel/Maintenance policy. This will reduce the Tax liability of individuals.
Note Conveyance Allowance of Rs. 1600/pm is tax free. Similarly there are certain limit for HRA also.
Before regulating the contents in the slip, pls analyze the tax limit/rebates also for each item. Since Salary Slip format is a strategic and long term decision, moreoverit involve Statutory and Legal aspects. So it is advisable to have proper Home Work keeping in view all the points.
Being a professional HR person don’t take any decision which u need to revert in future (at least due to your mistake/s.

Seeing the spelling mistakes, improper english,SMS language,I refrained from giving any suggestions.
Being a purely professional forum and that too of HR people,I expect posters will use spell check, write grammatical English and convey their queries appropriately.
The quality of forum depends on efforts put in by all members to put in queries, get answers and enhance knowledge in all round manner.
