Hi all senior
Please solve my problem.
In my organisation we employed civil contractor who is not covered under esic he deployed 4-5 manpower in our organisation he may be work any other organisation but in our organisation doesn't deployed 10 worker in any day during their working
Question is this the bill raised by him subject to Esi deduction or not please clear my doubt

Dear Kamal, If ESI is applicable on your company so please ensure compliance of ESI for the contractor manpower under your contract even if his deployment is only 4-5 manpower. I advise you engage only those contractors who have valid ESI code.
Also i want to inform you that now ESI Act. is applicable for construction workers for detail please refer EMPLOYEES STATE INSURANCE CORPORATION circular no No. P-12/11/11/60/2010-Rev.II Dated: 31/07/2015.

Dear sir thanks for suggestion
But I am also want to know that we deduct
Esi on his bill, how his worker get benefit of esic deducted by company is there any procedure if any accident occurred during the work period, contractor not covered under esic, or how his or her family get benefit from Esi
Please enhanced my knowledge
