Hi, Kindly let me know some tips /suggestions/ procedures for conducting a freshers drive in our company. Expecting candidates upto 300.

Greetings !! In fact it would have been perfect if you could have provided more information about the Fresher Candidates your Company plans to hire.

Any way the total strength of about 300 candidates is quite large for which you may have plan well in advence so that the Drive is successful, so that you can get candidates as per your expected Talent. Please plan & try to conduct your Teams' internal two or three meetings regarding preparations for this Drive, so that everyone is well aware about his Task & how to complete the task effectively, so as to avoid any confusion at some or the other stage.

In short, U may have take care of the following points:

Preparation of Lists of expected Candidates, alongwith their complete details.

Preparation of your Company Profile to be presented to the Freshers before the start of Campus Drive.

Before the start of Campus drive, your programme should be known to all concerned, so that the maximum no. candidates can participate in this Drive, in the shortest possible period. For this purpose the Placement Cell of College authorities can be asked to provide the desired assistance.

Further it will depend upon how your Company wants to conduct Campus Drive i.e. through Written Examination or Directly Interview Process or both.

As per our thinking "Human Resource" is very Precious & the Back Bone of a Company as well. Their valuable contributation leads a Company to greater Heights.Therefore their comfort level has to be kept in view, in order to think for ultimate success of Company.

So after shortlisting of Candidates, they can be asked to provide their views about their expectations, which will offcourse depend on Company's policy. Basically this round can be held just to know how the candidates are evaluating the Company w.r.t. to this competative World.
