I would like get a guidance for selecting my Ph.D research topic, which will be helpful in selecting my PG project. Kindly search CiteHr where ideas have been given how to select a topic by doing a literature search in the areas of your interest, finding gaps in the research, selecting a supervisor/guide and matching your interest with those of the guide, etc.
I hope as part of your course, you have attended classes on Research Methodology.
Have you got any experience in the HR field or just a fresher. If you are a fresher, I suggest that you gain some practical experience before pursuing your PhD.
