Hello Ravali Reddy,
Are you looking for a list of problems recruiters face OR solutions to the problems?
Further, pl note that the same problem DOESN'T necessarily have the identical/same solution all over....meaning for ALL Companies which face the same problem.
A lot of 'which' & 'what' solution depends on many other factors, that are usually unique to THAT Company. At best, you will have a verisimilar solution on which one needs to build-up.
Like WORK AT HOME CLUB mentioned, pl list out YOUR list before expecting the members to either add or give suggestions.

Hi,
I am conducting a workshop this Saturday on fine tuning your interviewer skills. This workshop will share techniques that will help in :
• Bringing a science to your interviewing style, by fitting the right candidates in line with company mission, vision and values.
• Reducing cost of hiring, staff turnover, and attrition by hiring the right candidates and impact your bottom line.
• Projecting a powerful employer brand image to attract talent.
• Understanding & interpretation of non verbal behaviour & body language.
Thus the impact of problems in recruitment will be minimized.

When we ask for problems…..it’s not actually problem – Those are challenges/ issues you face due to various gaps in the entire process/ procedure, which is required to be filled in the middle to achieve desired results.
I have faced N- no. of challenges in past and keep on filling those gaps as situation changes on external factors, but I would like you to come-up with your own issues here and then let us give opportunity to add value and sense to it.

Hi
I guess the biggest problem of any recruiter would be low turn up ratios. It is said that India has a lot of unemployed people being a recruiter I can see people are not serious about being employed. At the time of telecom they assure that they will come for the interview but the turn up ratio is less than 40%.
Second problem is that during telecom we cannot observe the body language, which is an important aspect and then at the time of F2F we feel as interviewing the candidate was totally waste of time.
Third, after 40% turn up one candidate gets selected and he/she doesn't join. So,out of 100 calls we do in a day we get nothing.
No day is a recruiters day.
