Hi,
Currently I'm working in a Tier3 company, but my previous company is much smaller one(a proprietor owned). Only 3 employees are worked over there. The problem is company is sited in proprietor home. It's properly registered, still operating. I worked there for around 2 years and my total experience is only 3 years.
Few days back I attended a interview with cmmi level 5 company and I likely to be shortlisted, will I be able to clear the BGV. Please guide me.

If these details are true, why do you have to worry??
As long as you have given correct details of experience there should be no problem.

The objective of the BGV to ascertain, if the information provided by you is true or false. Is there any false commitment made by you.
So if the information given by you is accurate... do not worry.

Hi,
Thanks for your replies,
I have offer letter, experience and relieving letter of that company with me and I'm still in contact with my old owner. He will verify my employment in his company.
What I fear is,
They might ask for form 16 (or) email communication with employer (or) salary deposit report from bank, I don't have any of these things with me since my salary is paid to me in cash and I didn't pay any tax during that employment.
Will this be problem for me, please guide me.
Note: I have all of the above mentioned documents (form 16, email comm. & salary deposit)with me for my current employer.

You can get a salary certificate from your ex employer stating that the salary was paid in cash to you. This should solve the problem. Also if you salary was below the taxable limit, they will also not ask you for form 16
