I joined life insurance co. as sales manager on June 2006. and got promotion on Aug.2008 as sr. sm.I had completed my goal sheat even in six months. my boss trying to harrass me and threatened me to terminate me.He banned my entry and did not allow to mark my attendance.
on other side he started sending me notices of non performance and absent from job. I immediately approached labour inspector and he issued notice to co.
