Dear Friends,
I have been managing a very difficult situation of partial payment of salary for the last 8 months by the Indian company i work with, now i want to quit my job coz its practically impossible to survive on what they are paying approx 25% of my actual monthly salary. But my employer is wanting me to give 1 month notice before leaving the job and even does not clears the 8 month due salary as of now before the notice, but threatens to do all bad things possible including legal action. still i dont want to give any notice period because that will again add to my burden of the dues on this company which i doubt that they will clear ever.
can you please advice best way out of the situation without serving notice and also way to get my 8 month salary.
