Hello All,
I need your inputs for career planning in the Human Resource field.
I am MBA - HR and working as HR Generalist from last 3 years, I have also completed diploma in training from ISTD. My area of interest are PMS, Training, employee engagement and OB & OD.
Now I am willing to study psychology. Is HR and Psychology a good combination ?
If yes do let me know some good institutes from where I can pursue this study - Part time/ Distance learning

Yes defenitely it will become very good combination , depends what path you are willing to choose, having good knowledge of HR with psychology content will help you a lot while screening, counselling, motivating ,boosting up any one and related matters, I will suggest do not opt for distance learning as for such subject you have to be be thorough and without proper classes, content and expert teachers of related subject it will not work so well, so if possible try to go for regular mode else IGNOU is the best university with global presence and recognition and the content, theory, study material you can find in IGNOU cant be found in any other University.
Best Wishes.
