Am practising as a HR in a startup company. I have to develop the whole HR policy am fresher who is passionate about being a Human Resource Manager at present i need help in developing the policy for leave, memo's, termination I request seniors to help me in this case. I need to name every policy I request guide for this case from everyone so pls guide me.

You should go through the employment & labour laws for formulation of a good hr policy and also should meet your company CEO to align it with your business goal.
