INDIAN FACTORY ACT 1948, OHSAS and IS18001 are different. Factory Act and OHSAS may contain some common points
in OHSAS 18001there are many clauses regarding environment. most points comes from the factories act. if you are trying to getting the certy. then prepare identification material as per factories act various section vise. we also applied for. if any further information please pass.
