I am employed directly by A company Since last 4yrs.
Company pays in excel sheet bill and do not issue any wages slip.
No epf and medical benefits paying.
No revesion in payment done till yet.
Gross is 25000-.
Please guide if any claim like to be in roll,full and final benifit,medical,terminal benifit,pf and other benifit is applicable to me or not.
My contractual period was initial for 6 months and renewed for three times where as I have no break in job.
