Dear All
I am working as H.R manager in a cancer Hospital. this hospital has been opened newly, its in Rural area. My boss asked me to start the H.R things. So what al the things I need to implemented as a h.r manager in Hospital, other than attendance and Salary. I wont get any training over here. I have done my MBA in H.R. passed out in this year. I am Badly in need of help from Seniors.

Off & on all the staff can be invited to contribute towards Welfare activities. U can discuss with them their personnel problems in case they want to share, make arrangements for some type of Group Activities & Games during week offs which will provide them much needed break from monotonous routine work.
