You were an accountant in a private company, I assume there was 1 or 2 people in accounts. Probably you headed accounts. There was a fraud, someone is in jail (related to management). You were aware of the problem and didn't report it. Or you did not notice the problem. So the management considers you guilty and terminated you. For fraud, they are not required to give you warning letter and give you another chance to defraud them again.
They have not given you last months salary, leave wages, bonus and money for Sunday working. Sunday working if it happens, no accountant in a small private company gets that money. So forget that. Of the rest, it is eligible in law and you are eligible to get it. However, in the circumstances where are you linked to the fraud, it's better that you forget that amount and move ahead. It is obvious that your former employer has some evidence against you either for involvement or for negligence.
