I do not understand your post. What do you mean by "i have done my all my project relating that but did not know what to add in research methodology & questionnaire in my project" What have you done so far? Do you know what your aim and objectives when you started the project? Have you attended Research Methodology sessions? Have you studied questionnaire design in the Research Methodology module?
