Dear Amit
Thanks for your appreciation. First of all you will have to start from doing a TNI/TNA Training Need Identification / analysis. Once this is done, you will have to chart out a training calendar.
Now Training in the Corporate World is all about marketing your Training department to your internal customers( i.e to the business i mean ).
Thats the most compliacted thing, for which you actually need to bring out the Concept and Relevance of Training.
Once you do this activity, then the Training Material and delivery come into picture.
Its a process Amith , which just cannot be explained on the mail :)
feel free to get in touch with me .
Thanks
Raaj

Hi Raaj
I have also started my career in training and development and have only a year of experience now. I was an introvert before and had stage fright but now i can confidently speak to a crowd of 60 also. I am very passionate about my job because it has changed me as a prerson. Nice to meet you Raaj. Both our interests match :D

Hi Raaj
My name is Jyothi. I am currently working as a consultant with one of the recruitment firms. I have an experience of 4.5 yrs in Banking. I was with ICICI Bank in their retail liabilities operations. I wanted to get into HR hence i quit the bank & on the suggestion of a few friends started off in recruitments. But now i feel this is not what i would like to do. This is more like a telesales job. Even when in the Bank i have been quite good in training my colleagues in operations as well as other quality aspects. How do i go about in case i want to get into Training?
Regards
Jyothi
