Respected Seniors,

I wrote a mail to my reporting manager regarding the threatening behaviour of my colleague. Next day of that mail, he callcalls me (over phone) and asked me to put down my papers and no action against my colleague . I resigned with immediate effect. Few days back I received my full and final settlement statement stated a recovery of notice period.

I mailed him regarding this many times now but he is not replying to my emails.

Kindly advice me what should i do now.

Below is my mails for ur references.

1st Mail

Respected Sir,

This is just to bring into your notice that the behavior of Mr. Z is coming out as violent, irrationally and threaten towards me and

because of that, it is affecting my productivity and distressing me a lot

mentally and psychologically.

He is threatening me that if I’ll not work apart from my KRA, he will sink

my career and will ask you to terminate me instantly.

I had joined this organization few months ago and there are many things on

which I am learning the Current Policies/ Procedures.

Apart that, I am handling the below tasks which is described under Mr.Z

KRA’s but when I asked him to help/ advice, he just denied by stating that

“I am not aware of the process, Please discuss with Ex-employees, he will

guide you”. Since he is senior to me in the system, he should have these

policies/procedures in mind on how to work and how to help but Instead of

helping, he is asking me to contact Ex-employees which I believe not a good

idea to discuss our internal with outside.

Mr. Z Task’s, which is currently handling by me:

·          Attendance Management (Including Payroll).

·          Employee Grievances – HR Help desk (Mr. Vikram is helping in the same).

·          Termination Process.

·          Annual Appraisal.

We are working as a team and I will work on everything which comes to me but

I expect a decent language/tone.

Please advice sir.

2nd Mail

I'd opted this option of resignation as you'd asked me to do, and i believe if you'd asked to put down the papers then there shouldn't be any issue to waive off my notice period.

Thank you for tthe immediate response.
I would like to inform you that I report to Managing director itself, he only asked me to put down the paper. I mailed him and his partner regarding the whole thing but he was not responding to my emails.
Please advice.
