Dear all,
one of my family memeber has established a fully automated multi brand work shop early this year, they have only labour, trade, tin and service tax licence the have applied for pf and esi they dont have pollution and fire licences, and also no existing company policy, hr dept and quality department.
eventhough they have invested in automation but the completely neglected the admin side.
i have been entrusted to deal with this situation as they have complaints of work not done properly, no leave policy, diciplinary procedure for absenteeism etc
kindly help me in formulating these policies, procedures and forms for the above said departments.

While designing policies for your organisation, you need to divide policies in two categories viz statutory policies and HR policies. For former, it is better to hire a local consultant.
