Just stumbled across this web site and boy am I glad I did! This is like HR heaven and for some one who is very passionate about HR, I feel like a kid in a candy store. lol...
Anyway coming back to the point of this post. I am interested in helping to conduct psychometric testing and was wondering if any of you knew where I could get more info on conducting such tests? I currently work as an HR specialist and my orhanization is looking to conduct psychometric testing for new candidates. Basically I wanted to know if there is a specific qualification for psychometric testing.

hmmmmm...ok...I have a masters degree in Human Resources and was wondering how i could enhance my skills. So is it that HR people use the services offered by psychometric professionals to conduct the tests? I figured the HR managers knoew how the tests are evaluated....

I think apart from having a degree in psychology , u can also get trained under some consultancies like Banjara group, Mai -Foi etc .I think that training would help u.I have attending a Training programme on Psychometric testing at aplace called Human Resource Centre.

If anybody has a master degree in Psychology he is qualified enough to use most of the psychometric tools, The rest comes out of experience. Alternatively, to compensate for experience, one can go for a training program on the subject.
