Dear sir,
My name is Manish. I worked for 1 year and 4 months with a local contract employer. I resigned with proper notice period. Now, I want to withdraw my EPF and EPS amount, but my employer has not completed my KYC and has not updated their Form No. 7. Another issue is that my employer has made many spelling mistakes in my PF account name! Furthermore, this employer is no longer in business.
Please suggest a solution for the release of my hard-earned PF money.
