Dear All,
I had achieved my target and completed one month notice period as per company policy and done all the task, stil I have not yet received incentives, I only received my salary.
Please provide me your suggestions what should I do now. Is there any law for sales incentives? because I had achieved my target and as per company incentive policy I am eligible for getting incentives on my achievement.
Help me.

If you have been in period of performance incentive and performed as per performance clauses it should be paid as per Payment of Wages Act : Sec2.
An employee can approach the forum for redressal of grievance as per coverage by enactments e.g;
Inspector under Payment of Wages Act (applicable to all employees drawing wages as per def. of wages in the Act up to Rs.18000/pm).
