As per your questions some doubts flashed in my mind.
1. On what basis interview taken place ?
2. what is the company's JD ?
3. what kind of responsibilities looking into candidate ?
4. As candidate have to clear roles and responsibilities in interview place itself.
Anyway i will try to give you short answer, organisation to organisation HR roles and Responsibilities & designations also different.
General norms-
1. Recruitment
2. Training & development
3. Induction Orientation
4. Payroll
5. Attendance
6. Employee Engagement
7. Exit Interviews
8. F & F Settlements

I have worked in hospital as an HR for around 3 years. As far as my knowledge is below mentioned will be your responsibilities as an HR :
1. Filling - Major work in hospital's hr department.
2. Issue ID cards
3. co-ordinate for pre- employment health check up / annual health checkup
4. Co-ordination in recruitment
5. Follow up for duty roster
6. Joining Formalities
7. day to day work
would suggest you to join if that is NABH accredited hospital surely you will have good knowledge about Audits.
all the best

Dear, As a fresher you should consider on experiences & learning rather than salary .very soon you will get to know your roles & responsibilities once you will start your work.
