Can u pls clarify on the EL rules. Lets say that a person has 15 days of EL to his credit and he happens to quit or terminated in between with 10 days of EL not availed. Should he be paid / eligible for 10 days before being relieved. Secondly, does EL wages should be used for calculating PF also?

The Paid leave applies on the Privileged leave only. in case your company policy specifies to encashment of the leave on the EL also, then need to pay along with full and final settlement. The PF wages doesn't include the EL wages.
