Hi all,
I am working in IT company from last one year,now hr informing that your bgv is failed because they informed you worked in their organization but your relieving order is fake.
Please advise can the hr retain me or they will terminate me.one more thing I am important for that project now.

Relieving order is fake will make things difficult.
Did you not get proper relieving order?
What exactly did they find wrong/fake in your relieving order?
Whether the present company retains you or not depends upon how much truth there is the BGV report.
Can you exactly clarify why the BGV report is incorrect.
Obviously somewhere something is wrong either BGV or your relieving order.

My previous employer gave the feedback the relieving letter is fake.
But I have a proof of my notice period salary.is help?
What are the possibility can I avoid the termination.

Produce whatever proof you have got. That is the only way out. Employers are always worried about fake experience and CVs.

First of all, DID you get a proper Relieving?
"worked in their organization but your relieving order is fake" can only mean ONE thing--you absconded.
Pl give more details of your Relieving process in the earlier Company--that will be crucial to any suggestions in this Forum.
You MAY need to approach your earlier Company....but more of that aspect later.
One aspect that MAY be in your favour is "I am important for that project now". But that's also a bit dicy.
Companies are known to be ruthless....despite the importance of the employee for the Company.......in matters of ethics. If you recollect, last month the CFO of Infosys BPO was fired on an ethics issue.

Hi,
If you have your previous company mails which had the conversation of notice period and reliving try to discuss with HR then after you will produce and why don't you go for bank transaction statement.
