Dear Babu,
What is happening in your company is horrible. The problem in our country is that those who clamour about "Inspector Raj ruining the businesses in India", do not respond these posts. Neither do they read these posts, their legal expertise or qualifications notwithstanding.
You have two options. One is to continue with the flow. Look for another job and get out. The another option is make complaint in Labour office, PF Office and Income Tax office. A simple call from their office will send shivers to the employer. However, if you follow this option, there is a risk of loss of employment. Secondly, when employer comes to know, he may not issue you the service-cum-employment certificate when you leave the job. This will create problem in getting job in future.
Anyway, other senior members will also give their opinions.
Thanks,
Dinesh Divekar
