This year we are making a salary structure, currently we are giving only in hand salary.
Our employee expecting that we make a salry structure and give them PF benefits.
So i gone through many salary structre and i found that there is some components in salary like HRA,TA, Special Allownance,
So can any body give suggestion that why we are making this structure and what statutry regulation applicable behind it???

Example: an employee Mr. Sumit is working in my company sales and marketing dept. we are giving him only 20 thousand. can we directly give him 20000+PF without breaking salary.
