Their was nothing mention in the appointment letter regarding exit agreement . But Non-disclosure, Non-solicitation and non-compete clauses are mention in the terms and policy which i agreed during the time of appointment.
now what i feel is like, Is they are trying to link both the agreement and trying for legal validity??
