Hi all i have a query if we transfer our employee outside india for a specified period and process his salary from his new place of work so no salary in inda and no pf contribution. is there any provison in pf act to put pf on hold and when he comes back to inda his same pf account be resumed. prompt reply would be highly appreciated. thanks in advance. regards govil nanda

Urgent : pf registration query
Hello seniors my query is my company is having 19 employees and 1 contract employee whose pf is being paid by contractor . so my queries are: 1. if we should include that contract employee while going for pf registration if yes then why as his pf already paid by employer. 2. if we should not include him then its voluntary for us to go for pf registration? because it was compulsory when we are 20 or more. please confirm if we should include contract employee or not? i am dropping any query on this site for the first time please help me. expecting valuable replies from seniors. best regards meenakshi kalra
