1. I had been given an offer to join XYZ company on June 1, 2011.
2. I had been given this offer from an agency/consultant on the company's behalf.
3. While I was glad that the offer was made, the offer details were only shared with on 1st June, 2011 which was incidentally also the joining date.
4. On the same day, I was in the office and before filling any formalities I wanted to be sure on the working hours, as I was not comfortable working in the night hours.
5. I shared my concern, but I was asked to go ahead with the joining formalities, and those details will be shared soon.
6. I went ahead with the formalities.
7. Post lunch same day I was shared that the work hours will be during the night, to which I shared I was not comfortable and hence will not be able to proceed with the formalities.
8. I had shared this with the spoc at that point of time and I asked for permission to leave and did not complete additional formalities which were scheduled post that.
9. Post getting the permission to leave, I checked in case there is anything which I need to do. To which I was told nothing.
10. I left the office post it and was on way back when I received a call from the Cab Service and also an e-mail sharing the employee ID.
11. I called back the spoc and shared that I got a call and mail. To which it was told to me to ignore it and no calls or e-mails will come from tomorrow.
12. Which is what happened. I did not get any mail or call post 1st June, 2011.
13. To which I assumed that the details etc. would have been generated by mistake and would have been deleted from the system.
14. I did all what was guided to me by the spoc, as it was only first day and was not aware of any company processes or any other details.
15. Again I had been given an offer to join XYZ company on July 1, 2015.
16. I completed all the joining formalities on July 1, 2015.
17. On July 2, 2015 I was told by HR that employee ID already exists in system.
18. I told HR the whole case when they told I was an ex-employee.
Kindly let me know how can I be an employee of a company when I did not complete all the joining formalities in 2011. Also on July 2, 2015 I was told that the offer has been revoked. Kindly tell how the policy goes and is it possible for HR to revoke the offer on this basis.

1)You are new.
2) Communication issue from both side.
3) Communication need- Words on Paper.
4) We sure what you are,keep safe your info.
