To design the Job Description (JD) for any designation, you have to study the job. To design JD, Abundant material is available on this forum itself. One such link is as below:

The above write-up is good provided you have to design JD for someone else. However, if you have 11 years of experience, then just write sequentially about what duties did you do. After many years, why you should face this problem is not understood.
