Hi
Would like to know the methods which can be used to reduce turnaround time in recruitment.
We are facing a very difficult time as to after taking offers candidates do a no show at the last moment, thus putting us under tremendous pressure to hire a replacement in a very short span.
Kindly suggest methods in which we can overcome this problem and reduce turnaround time in recruitment.

Hi Priya,
To reduce last minute turnarounds I would sugesst to conduct interviews only after completely describing the JD or Job Elements and then define
the skill and knowledge required at Threshold and diffrential level
which should help you to identify the right canidate for the required job.
Probing technique may also be used.

Hi Friend
In my opinion the HR should have formal as well as an informal relationship with the employes.Their problems should be immediately taken care off.The initial few months are very crucial in a new joinees job tenure. So each and every problem should be talked over personally and sorted out as soon as possible.
Thanks
