Hello Sir,
I am working with same company for less than 9 years and 6 months and I am still working with same company. Can I withdraw my pension fund still working in same company? If Yes then what will happen to my pension, If I continue to work there till retirement? Is again eps contribution started from my salary and I will get pension after 58 years?

the basic requirement for eligibility of pension is ten years of service before retirement. But you can claim only after your retirement. we do not know your age and and your date of retirement. if it feasible you may continue for another six months and become eligible for pension.

you can get pension fund by showing yourself left from organisation, but if you want to get pension again, you must have complete other 10 years of service.

As Mr. Jagat suggested you ,
you can not withdraw your PF & Pension Amt without making full and final of all dues.
You can word with your HR team to settle your account, but you can not join same organisation before 3 months.
If you are agree with it go ahead....
