hi all, Does any one know about HOD’s and seniors performance apprecial form? Please let me know about it. how to evaluate HODs and senior employees. Thanks

While evaluating performance of HOD's or other such similar positions, you can consider:

KRA's & KPA's assigned. (evaluate if the discussed and allotted objectives have been met or not)

You can review how effective a manager he/she is based on the people resources the concerned department has.

Some indicators of effective department could be:

Reasonably stable workforce: (lot of resignations, new joinee dropouts could indicate a negative aspect, although it could also indicate to the organization as a whole)

Employee satisfaction for the specific department :(on the negative side it could be frequent people problems in the department)

New Initiatives taken.

Overall business enhancement (how effectively has the department contributed to enhance and achieve organization business objectives under the current HOD)

If you budgets and systems allow, you may have a 360 degree feedback for HOD's , this will help you evaluate the overall performance and contribution.
