Hi All,

I' was working as a S/w developer under contract basis from a consultancy to their client for 3 years . I'm now planning to look for another job. So i'm concerned about varios hr-background checks and other policies in the new company because i don't have bank statement or form 16 from my employer as they were not direct tax payers. Salary was received in direct cash mode. I have offer letter, releiving letter and pay slips from my employer. Will it be a problem if i get job in cmm-5 companies without being able to submit bank statemen and form16, as i've heard that their HR policies are different from startups unlike mine employer.!! My office setup is also small as we work in a small home converted into office ambience, as i've heard that office infrastructure is also observed during the bg cheks. So will it be problamatic during the time of physical bg hr verification,.

Experts , pl give me some suggestions as i've had many sleepless nights thinking of the background verifications and the future .

thanks in advance to all
John

""I have offer letter, releiving letter and pay slips from my employer.""
BGV checks are done by most companies-some very rigid and stringent-some basic level checks.
If your experience is true and have capability in your field, the chances of your securing next better job is high.
Do not get into fake experience business.
Speak the actual fact and show your skill.
No point having sleepless nights.Just go ahead apply and face the issues, if and when they arise.
