Due to human error , name of one of our employee is removed from ESIC monthly contribution.
Last year he met with a road accident and continuing on ESI leave
As in ESI website, against his name "Left Service" is showing and ESI Authorities are not entertaining his in providing medical assistance as well as ESI leave and its en cashment.
Requested to please guide on the issue "How to rectify human error"

sometimes human errors are costly. by you mistake you spoiled the due benefits of ESIC of an employee. it is better to act late, by including now in the act. Also try to convince your management and implement group personal accident policy for workers and staff, though it cannot supplement ESIC but it can wipe your errors.
