Hi Seniors,
I want to seek some guidance from you regarding my career. I am having 5 plus years of exp. in HR field and want to grow more in the field. As of now working as Sr. HR Executive. Below are some queries i have:-
1. Should I go for some particular filed in HR like Recruitment, Performance Management, OD or IR etc. or continue with my current profile of handling all activities together.
2. Is HRBP more promising career than HR Generalist
3. Which courses or certification i can go for enhancing my skills in HR.

1) You ought to choose a specialization of your preference. Remember you are the model that employees will emulate at a later stage. If you decide to opt for a career inline with monetary aspirations, be honest.
2) HRBP is a 'partner'. A general role. Specialized in all facets of HR and partnering the business unit on a daily basis and owns the entire HR function.
3) MBA, Personnel Management, etc
