Hi,
i got a negative bgv report on my Diploma from my offering company 3 months back stating that my institue was not approved by ugc. I have done Diploma, graduation and mba subsequently. However, with my current company, job requirement was for Diploma holder hence i did not furnish my Graduation and mba details in cv during interview and got selected. later on, they declined my offer. Now, same company has another relevant profile for me which requires a normal graduation and mba degree which I have. Can I reapply with Graduation +MBA degree & hiding my diploma from cv and mentioning new email and contact number etc? will it work? will they be able to find out my last story? (I never joind the company though. I was only offered a job letter and bgv report was negative before joining company). Plz suggest!

Dear Nishk
It is not a crime to apply for a suitable post in any of the company regardless of whether you have applied earlier.
If this time, your graduation degree is valid and your MBA institute is recognized, you may reapply for the post.
There is no need to hide the Diploma matter. Whether an institute is recognized or not, you have earned a diploma.
It would be unethical on your part to hide this. if they somehow find out, then there would be terrible consequences for you.
May be you can write a good cover letter to your application of job stating your positive points, etc.
Simultaneously look for other job opportunities
best of luck
