Arrear of increment
Respected seniors kindly guide for the following situation: company policy is to give annual increments from april of every year to the eligible employees. due to some reasons increments has been delayed for 4 months. in the mean time some eligible employees were resigned from the service and relieved also. their accounts also settled increments were not declared and not paid till date. in such secenario whenever company declares the increments whether the outgoing employees were eligible for arrears of increments for those months actually they worked. expecting your valuable guidance. regards.. sekhar

Pay revision and increments with job change from one psu to another?
Dear all i have made a job change from one psu to another. in this regard i was offered rs 23200/ as basic pay which is in e2 grade rs 20600/ with 3 increments 3 per year. the same has been mentioned in my appointment letter too. but while joining my new company where pay revision has been implemented they have denied to pass on the 3 increments which were offered to me. when i inquired about the same they said that the 3 increments will be passed on as an when my previous company implements pay revision. and all the money will be given as arrears. can you please throw light on the above mentioned subject. thanks & regards s das
