Plz let me know the points that should be added in a co.manual We r into fmcg industry and habe just started the business. We want to lay down company’s policy

Employee handbooks set out company policies, procedures and expectations, clearing up confusion and avoiding conflict down the line. In addition, they create a structured work environment and help build company loyalty.
Points to be included;
Company Goals and Mission Statement
Clearly Defined Work Week (keeping local labour laws and other enactments in mind)
General Policies and Procedures
Sexual Harassment and Discrimination Policies (keeping in view the need to ensure safe working for female employees)
Leave and Employee benefits
Disciplinary policies and problem resolution procedures.
Disclaimers that this handbook is not a contract of employment and that changes will take place as and when laws,circumstance change.
Have the document checked by a legal person to ensure that it abides by all applicable laws.
Policies should be in line with standard industry practises also.
Once approved copies should be given to all employees.
