First of all thank you so much for all the motivation you all provide to me to continue my position when i was left alone in the department with no exp in HR
Happy to tell you all that I was also promoted to the Assistant Manager position
But have a new challenge of preparing and Induction training program for the sales trainees who join my Company
Some details are given below
My company is into Auto Component business
My junior staff who are involved in the sales have to meet the mechanics and the small retailers
we want to create a program which will motivate them to do more business rather than maintaing the existing business.

I have conducted exactly similar programme for the sales personnel of Oil and Lubricant company.
However, it cannot be "induction training" per se. You need to give them complete training on product and sales process. For this, you need to create complete sales process as well.
